1. The Committee welcomed its newest member, Geoffrey Beebe, who was appointed by SGA President Gabe Rettaliata.

2. Application for Recognition

The Committee reviewed & recommended the following organizations for recognition:
UMBC Debate Club (funded, intellectual sports)
Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. (restricted funded, Greek)

The Commitee reviewed the following applications for recognition and has requests for additional revisions/clarifications:
Caribbean Students Council
Helping Our Community

3. Review of Student Organizations Policy

The Committee is currently reviewing the Student Organizations Policies to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.

1. Application for Recognition

The Committee reviewed & recommended the following organizations for recognition:

UMBC Taal-Cappella (Arts & Performance, restricted funded)

Design Engineering Varied by the Integration & Coalition of Engineers:DEVICE (career/professional, restricted funded)

Men of Strength Club (MOST Club) (service/social action, restricted funded)

UMBC Comedy Club (Hobby, funded)

The Committee reviewed the Debate Club's constitution & requested a meeting with the group at the next meeting (Friday, March 13).

2. Review of Student Organizations Policy

The Committee is currently reviewing the Student Organizations Policies to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.

1. Application for Recognition

The Committee reviewed the Bethel Campus Fellowship constitution and recommended it for approval as a funded, religious/spirituality organization.

The Committee also reviewed the Comedy Club's constitution and has a few questions to clarify with the group.
