1. Applications for Recognition

The Committee reviewed the revised constitution of Delta Phi Omega and recommended it for recognition as a restricted funded, Greek organization.

The Committee reviewed the Golf Club constitution (a revised version of the original) and recommended it for recognition as a funded, hobby organization.

1. Applications for Recognition
The committee reviewed the constitutions of Delta Phi Omega and the UMBC Flying Retrievers Sky Diving Team.

The committee asked for revisions to the Delta Phi Omega constitution and planned to meet with them the following week.

The committee determined that the Flying Retrievers Sky Diving Team met the definition of a sport club and advised Jason Hamm, President of the organization, to seek recognition from the Athletics Department as a sport club.

Friday, October 31 & Friday, November 7

1. Applications for Recognition
On October 31, the Student Organizations Committee reviewed ADAA's constitutions for recognition and requested revisions to clarify some of the articles in these documents.

On November 7, the committee reviewed the Gender and W omen's Studies Council of Majors and the Erickson School Council of Majors constitutions and requested revisions to clarify some of the articles in these documents.

2. Request for Name Change
On October 31, Rock for Life student organization submitted a revised constitution requesting a name change to become Students for Life. The committee reviewed this constitution and requested revisions to clarify some of the articles in these documents.
